David is a partner in the New York office of Norton Rose Fulbright and the Chair of its E-Discovery and Information Governance Practice Group. David represents clients on a variety of e-discovery, data privacy, record retention and cyber security matters and was recently recognized as an e-discovery leader in the United States and Globally by Chambers. David is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6), and teaches “E-Discovery” at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
