Biography:

Sarah Padgitt is Senior Counsel at Baxter International Inc. She is responsible for a wide variety of litigation, pre-litigation and investigative matters for Baxter’s Medical Products Division. Sarah is also responsible for the management and oversight of Baxter’s ediscovery program and is a member of Baxter’s Information Governance sub-committee. In Chicago, she previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Aon Corporation and also practiced litigation at Winston & Strawn.
