Biography:

Dawson Horn is the Associate General Counsel, Vice President & Deputy Director of eDiscovery at AIG. Broadly, his expertise lies in complex commercial litigation, insurance, products liability and, obviously, eDiscovery. Prior to AIG, Mr. Horn was the Senior Litigation Counsel with Tyco International where he managed a complex litigation docket, a large toxic tort docket, and an insurance recovery docket. Before that he served for eight years as Assistant General Counsel at Altria Corporate Services, where he managed RICO and product liability suits against Philip Morris. Additionally, Mr. Horn worked as an in-house attorney for the Campbell Soup Company and Scott Paper Company. Mr. Horn received his A.B. degree from Duke University and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
